Create Emotional Well-being

Emotional well-being

Are you able to be present and allow yourself to experience the full spectrum of your emotions? Our emotions are our natural barometer to tell us when we are living in alignment with our true selves. They allow us to fully participate in life and to feel things deeply. If we numb ourselves or get stuck in a certain negative emotion from the past, we lose our ability to feel the vibrancy of life. We need to be able to feel sadness and anger as well as joy. Peace is a state we crave and yet peace results from being open to whatever is happening at the moment. This portal will give you the tools to open into and trust the natural process of your feelings.

Symptoms of imbalance: Anxiety, Depression, Resentment, Rage, Numbness, Boredom, Distraction, Addiction, Self-doubt, Self-loathing, Shame, Regret, Judgement, Fear, Isolation

Signs of Fulfillment: Peace, Joy, Confidence, Clarity, Connection, Ease, Courage, Open-heartedness, Gratitude, Generosity, Creativity, Vitality

Affects: Healthy Body, Peace of Mind, Fulfilling Relationships, Creative Expression, Financial Abundance, Community/Belonging, Meaningful Work, Harmonious Home
